Re: phpMyFAQ 2.7.9 wysiwyg
I apologise for my mistake. Its been so long since I made the request that I forgot the specifics. What I requested to to be able to have line breaks in the question field, not a fully featured wysiwyg. As I said, its been almost a year since making the first request.

Thorsten.
I have just emailed you printouts of our conversations etc. to do with my requests and the fees you set for the work.

Re: phpMyFAQ 2.7.9 wysiwyg
You've just floored me as it was a feature I paid Thorsten to develop, and I understood that it had been done.
I'm now very upset to think I have paid for a feature almost a year ago and its still not available, especially as I was led to believe it had been done.

Re: phpMyFAQ 2.7.9 wysiwyg
Hi Jason,
I'd like to have the feature of wysiwyg for the questions, same as, or similar to the answer feature.
Thanks

I'm running PHP Version: 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0) Will the 2.8 work with this as I can't upgrade the php as it will break the rest of my site?

Thanks for the above reply.
Can someone advise which files are used to format the look and layout of the pages please? Or are these the template files?

Upgrading from 2.6.17 up to 2.8
Please keep it simple.
I wish to save/keep the contents of my database, and I also wish to retain the look of my pages.
I have tried to get someone knowledgeable to do this, but they are no longer around :(
I'm running 2.6.17 with a revamped skin (if that's the correct term), and would like to ...

Re: Questions order
I can see the potential in your suggestion to keep hot topics at the top of the list, however its a manual system. I'd really like to run with an automatic random system.

Search not working.
My site works fine, except when trying to use the search box as I get the following message...

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Re: Questions order
I've discovered the question order can be set in admin, but only ascending or descending. I feel a random order option will be better for SEO to keep the search engines visiting.

Re: Questions order
I've discovered this file displays the question and answer - http://www.faq.mystore.com/template/default/artikel.tpl but I don't seem to be able to locate the file that shows just the question (though I may be looking in the wrong place).
Can anyone advise please?
